Return Policy: Front Row Wigs

Your Satisfaction Is Everything

We want you to absolutely love every product you receive from Front Row Wigs. If something is not right we are here to make it right.


Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.

Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return items must be —

  • Unworn and unaltered
  • In their original packaging
  • Free of any styling products, odors, or damage
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation email

Non Returnable Items For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned —

  • Worn or used wigs
  • Opened hair care products
  • Accessories including wig caps and glue

How To Start a Return

  1. Email us at frontrowwigs@gmail.com with your order number
  2. Use the subject line — Return Request — Order #
  3. We will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions
  4. Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return we will process your refund

Refunds Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange items for a different style or color within the 30 day window. Simply mention in your return request email that you would like an exchange and we will take care of you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item please email us immediately at frontrowwigs@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement at no cost to you right away.


Front Row Wigs reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.
